Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Stonegate Ashton Foods Group is a Madison food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and cold storage. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
