Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Raleigh, NC)

Greenridge Lantern Medical Partners is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and complaint handling. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
