Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Raleigh, NC)

Summit Pine Pharma Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
