Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Raleigh, NC)

Nova Pike Medical is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 276 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and device records. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
