Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Providence, RI)

Cedar Loom Medical is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Providence. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory submissions. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
