Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Providence, RI)

Silverline Nest Pharma develops and makes medicines in Providence, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and quality documentation. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
