Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Providence, RI)

Silverline Cobalt Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Providence. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Providence. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and complaint handling. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
