Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Fern Farms and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Portland. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and grower contracts. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with grower contracts. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
