Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Silverline Maple Pharma and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Portland. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and quality documentation. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
