Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Portland, OR)

Westbrook Iron Pharma Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Portland. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory filings. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
