Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Summit Ashton Foods and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and cold storage. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
