Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Pittsburgh, PA)

Highbridge Pine Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Pittsburgh producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
