Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Pittsburgh, PA)

Highbridge Pine Pharma is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical studies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
