Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Redstone Loom Medical Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lots. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
