Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Oakland, CA)

Fernwood Summit Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Oakland producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical studies. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
