Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Oakland, CA)

Cedar Meadow Medical is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and device records. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
