Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Nashville, TN)

Silverline Fox Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Nashville plant, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and machine downtime. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
