Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Union Foods Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and cold storage. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
