Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Nashville, TN)

Amberfield Corner Auto Group is a Nashville company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and warranty claims. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
