Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Nashville, TN)

Westbrook Loom Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Nashville producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and quality documentation. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
