Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Nashville, TN)

Westbrook Loom Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Nashville producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and batch records. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
