Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Cedar Rowan Foods and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and ingredient orders. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
