Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Nashville, TN)

Fernwood Vale Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Nashville producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical studies. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
