Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Minneapolis, MN)

Bluepeak Loom Medical designs and makes medical devices in Minneapolis, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and device records. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
