Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Minneapolis, MN)

Rivermark Bridge Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the Minneapolis region, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and harvest schedules. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with harvest schedules. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
