Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Minneapolis, MN)

Clearpath Beacon Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Minneapolis, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical studies. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
