Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Milwaukee, WI)

Lumen Haven Medical designs and makes medical devices in Milwaukee. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and device records. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
