Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Milwaukee, WI)

Bluepeak Corner Medical is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and training materials. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with training materials.
