Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Miami, FL)

Amberfield Summit Pharma develops and makes medicines in Miami, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Miami. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and cleanroom operations. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
