Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Bright Press and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and press runs. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with press runs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
