Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Little Rock, AR)

Harborlight Ember Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Little Rock producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and batch records. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
