Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Little Rock, AR)

Bluepeak Ridge Pharma is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory filings. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
