Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Las Vegas, NV)

Lumen Loom Medical is a Las Vegas company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and complaint handling. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
