Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Las Vegas, NV)

Nova Thistle Pharma is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and quality documentation. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
