Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Knoxville, TN)

Cedar Harbor Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the Knoxville region. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and grower contracts. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with grower contracts. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
