Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Knoxville, TN)

Nova Vale Manufacturing makes precision components in Knoxville, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and machine downtime. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
