Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Knoxville, TN)

Bluepeak Maple Pharma is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 135 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and cleanroom operations. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
