Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Jacksonville, FL)

Rivermark North Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Jacksonville producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical studies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
