Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Summit Medical and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and device records. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
