Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Indianapolis, IN)

Harborlight Keystone Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Indianapolis. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and cold storage. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
