Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Houston, TX)

Bright Ridge Medical designs and makes medical devices in Houston, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and training materials. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
