Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Summit Manufacturing Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and customer orders. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
