Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Honolulu, HI)

Amberfield Oak Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Honolulu, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer specifications. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
