Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Hartford, CT)

Stonegate Summit Medical is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and training materials. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
