Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Amber Pharma and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory filings. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
