Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Fresno, CA)

Harborlight Granite Pharma develops and makes medicines in Fresno. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and batch records. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
