Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Fresno, CA)

Bright Linden Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Fresno, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and production batches. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
