Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Thistle Medical and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lots. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
