Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Thistle Medical and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical evaluations. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
