Production Supervisor - shift supervision (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Wilder Medical and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and complaint handling. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
